We want you to love your Rat Betty pieces, but if something isn't quite right, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with all packaging included to be eligible for a refund.

Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your jewelry in its original Rat Betty box and mailer to ensure it remains protected during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our workshop inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
